For everyoneZoom 🎥
Connect your Zoom account and Mochii can schedule Zoom meetings right from the work they belong to — a task, a project, or an EOS L10 meeting. The join link lives on the task, and after the meeting ends Mochii can bring the transcript and Zoom's AI Companion summary back to it.
Connecting Zoom
- In Mochii, go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom.
- Click Connect Zoom. You'll be sent to Zoom's own sign-in and consent screen.
- Review the permissions and approve. Zoom sends you straight back to Mochii Settings with a "Zoom connected" confirmation.
The connection is personal: meetings are created under your Zoom account, not a shared one, and only you can use it.
Creating Zoom meetings from Mochii
Look for the video-camera icon — it lives in three places:
- On a task — the meeting attaches to that task; the join link appears in the task's Video meetings section.
- On a project (in the project header) — Mochii creates a meeting task in the section you pick (optionally as a sub-task of a main task) and attaches the meeting to it.
- On an EOS L10 meeting — the meeting attaches to the L10.
Each spot offers Zoom — start now (instant meeting) or Zoom — schedule… (pick date, time, and duration). Zoom does not email invites for these meetings — the join link is shared through Mochii, right on the task.
Transcripts and AI Companion summaries
For meetings Mochii scheduled, once Zoom finishes processing a cloud recording, Mochii can pull the transcript — and if the host had AI Companion enabled, Zoom's own summary and action items — back onto the task, so meeting notes live with the work instead of in your inbox.
Exactly what Mochii can and cannot access
Mochii can
Create meetings you ask for; read back those meetings (join link, time); read the cloud recording transcript and AI Companion summary of meetings it created; read your basic profile (to know which account is connected).
Mochii cannot
Read your Zoom chats; see other users' meetings or data; edit or delete meetings it didn't create; manage your Zoom account settings. Your Zoom tokens are stored server-side only and never reach the browser.
Disconnecting
Two ways, both immediate:
- In Mochii: Settings → Integrations → Zoom → Disconnect.
- In Zoom: remove Mochii from your account's installed apps. Zoom notifies Mochii and your stored access is deleted right away.
Prefer Google Meet? The same video-camera menu offers both — pick per meeting.
